"Hey there. This is Handsome Jack, reminding you that we at Hyperion are still offering bounties for Pandora's most wanted." - Handsome Jack

Handsome Jack used a variety of techniques including sewing, painting fabric, and even sculpting prosthetics. The base of the costume is a men's coat, brown vest, a white lab coat that I modified the pattern to look more like Jack's, and a yellow long sleeve shirt. The coat, vest, and lab coat were sewn by hand. The long sleeve shirt I bought off of Amazon and hand painted the collar and Hyperion logo (Which sadly was covered up the whole time.)

For the props, which are an echo device and a futuristic gun holster, they were made from EVA foam I bought at Costco (back before TNT cosplay and others had their own cosplay friendly foam lines). Since in game these light up, I purchased some push lights off of Amazon and rigged them into the foam props. I covered them in blue fabric so you couldn't see the light but still allowed for it to shine through.

The shoes were the most fun on this costume. I purchased white knock off converse and painted them with Jacquard paints. Still to date these were my favorite costume element to make.

For the face Handsome Jack has face clips that keep his mask on. These were made using sculpy in a metallic grey color. I then attached them with spirit gum.

The wig also required some work as Jack has some grey hair that shows. The wig I purchased from Arda Wigs and wefted in some grey hairs as well as some brown to give the widows peak a more drastic look on the lace front.
